Baniya Building Services is a janitorial, building maintenance and property rental company. It is family-owned and operated since 2016. The owner, Purna Baniya has been involved in the business since 2010. Baniya Building Services is fully insured and bonded. Our employees are Building Services Worker certified and possess work experience in the building services industry over 8 years. We provide services 7 days a week all year around and stresses on our goal to deliver quality service that fits customers schedule and is within their budget.
